Refund Policy

At Ethiopian Eco Tours, we are committed to providing our customers with quality travel experiences. However, in cases where a refund is necessary, our policy is as follows:

Cancellations by the Customer

Customers who cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled tour date are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Customers who cancel between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled tour date are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Customers who cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date will not be entitled to a refund.

Cancellations by the Company

In the event that Ethiopian Eco Tours cancels the tour, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, without any cancellation fees.
The company reserves the right to cancel tours in cases of force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the customer may choose between a full refund or an alternative date.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the company's email address ([ethiopainecotours@gmail.com]) within 14 days of the cancellation date.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.

Changes to the Tour

In cases of changes to the tour itinerary or offered attractions, if the change significantly impacts the travel experience, the customer is entitled to consider the option for a refund.

Additional Conditions

This policy is subject to the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes arising regarding this policy will be settled in the competent court.
Ethiopian Eco Tours reserves the right to update this refund policy from time to time, and any changes will be published on the company's website.
